The store service rating is neutral because I have not been in contact with them. I bought it for Acer Aspire A317-53G. I tried to use it, but the laptop did not recognize the ssd device connected to it. I looked under magnifying glass, unfortunately the product is damaged, the copper band on one leg of the connector is deformed and missing. I have since ordered another cable (different type number), it is fine. So I don’t know if it is suitable for the Acer Aspire A317-53G laptop. Because of the damage, the rating is 3 stars, otherwise I received the product as described.
