Good quality, I have received foxconn f2 fan. Some tiny scratches may indicate this is pre-prod/qa rejected/disassembled but can't be sure, these are only my personal assumptuins. Anyway, compared to installed delta fan it is quieter and has much nicer sound. Another difference it is missing the QR code printed above the fan name. Can recommend, good purchase and fast delivery.
