On t480 stood up perfectly. An unknown thermal paste is smeared on the radiators. Thermal gaskets of the wrong thickness, keep in mind.

After being installed in a laptop, the cooler showed itself on the best side: temperatures do not rise above 85 degrees at the maximum frequencies for the i5 8350u of 3.6Hz for all cores. Packed securely, the cooling itself arrived without damage in the new state.
