Description
New Original Radiator Fan for Lenovo ThinkPad E14 E15 Gen2 GE420 5H40S72940
This high-quality replacement cooling fan assembly is designed specifically for the Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 2, ThinkPad E15 Gen 2, and ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 GE420 laptops. It is an exact OEM-compatible unit engineered to replace part number 5H40S72940, ensuring seamless fit, optimal thermal performance, and reliable long-term operation. Built with precision-balanced dual-ball bearings, this fan delivers quiet, efficient airflow while minimizing vibration and wear. The compact, low-profile design matches original specifications—no modifications or adapters required. It features durable plastic housing, reinforced blade geometry, and a standard 3-pin connector compatible with the laptop’s motherboard thermal control system. Ideal for technicians, repair shops, or end users performing DIY maintenance, this fan restores factory-level cooling after dust buildup, bearing failure, or thermal throttling issues. Each unit undergoes rigorous quality testing before packaging and ships in anti-static protective packaging. Note: This is a genuine replacement component—not a generic substitute—and is intended solely for use with the specified Lenovo models. Installation requires basic disassembly of the bottom cover and heat pipe connection; refer to official Lenovo service manuals for guidance. Compatible only with systems using the Intel CPU platform (not AMD variants unless explicitly confirmed by model number). Not suitable for E14/E15 Gen 1, Gen 3, or other ThinkPad series. For best results, clean heatsink fins and reapply thermal paste during installation. Backed by a 12-month against manufacturing defects. Fast shipping and responsive support included.
